1. Service Provider

StableInvoicing is operated by BeyondSky OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under company number 16894028.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StableInvoicing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

3. Service Description

StableInvoicing is a crypto invoicing platform that allows users to create invoices, share payment links, and track payments in stablecoins (USDC, USDT, DAI, EURC) across multiple blockchains. The service facilitates peer-to-peer payments. We do not process, hold, or custody any funds. All payments go directly from the payer's wallet to the recipient's wallet.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your profile and invoices.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations related to cryptocurrency transactions.
• Not use the service for illegal activities, money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.
• Verify wallet addresses and payment details before sending or receiving funds.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the platform.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

StableInvoicing offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Payment processing for subscriptions is handled by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the StableInvoicing platform are owned by BeyondSky OÜ and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Your invoice data, client information, and generated content remain yours. We claim no ownership over your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

StableInvoicing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from: blockchain transactions, incorrect wallet addresses, failed or delayed payments, network congestion, smart contract issues, or other circumstances outside our control. You are solely responsible for verifying all payment details before initiating transactions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
