• Profile information: Name, company name, address, VAT number, IBAN, and EVM wallet address.
• Invoice data: Client details, invoice items, amounts, and payment status.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the invoicing service.
• Generate invoices and PDF documents.
• Detect on-chain payments for your invoices.
• Send transactional emails (login confirmations, invoice notifications, payment reminders).
• Improve the platform and user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database backups are encrypted and stored securely. Credit card information, if applicable, is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

We use a single essential cookie (auth_token) to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

• Stripe: Payment processing for subscription plans. Stripe handles all credit card data directly.
• Blockchain networks: Wallet addresses are inherently public on-chain when payments are made.
• Resend: For sending transactional emails (login confirmations, invoice notifications).
• Google: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
